If I recall what I read correctly, the delays for the JORC have to do with backlogs with outside subcontractors (labs etc). EQX can do what it can on it's end, but there are stages where outside contractors need to be relied upon, and if they are holding up the process there isn't a lot that can be done about it.

No Black Rock, M&G, Vanguard etc on that share register, so I don't think there's any colusion by our major holders to drop the price.
Someone might be playing with the share price a little bit, but I also agree with banksy88 that people might just be selling down because of the delays being experienced. Once the JORC and Scoping Study are closer, hopefully the share price bounces back. Once those announcements are received, we should garner a lot of attention from investors. The lack of solid project related information is what's hurting at the moment.
