Not frustrating for me personally, when I get into a company I'm in for the haul so am good with getting announcements as and when they happen, quarterlies and FY reports.
In Zman case he is heavily invested in the company so we know what ever he and the board does will be in the best interest of shareholders - he is chairman and CEO and what he does in taking the time to do with regards to communication seems to be a one off.
I have found it does appease share holders on the forum and stops a lot of the innuendo and misinterpretation of information experienced on other parts of the forum.
