My key take-away are your 3x points above which absolutely fall into line of what has been discussed with the roadshow and proof in the pudding so-to-speak!
As you/others may recall I work in a very similar space but different business outcome and when I sell Pilots or HOA's/MOU's I know way before it finishes if they roll out to subscription.
Simple as that
