I think there is confusion about the intent and initial actions of the new Ostana directors.

If we look at the timeframes of the ASX notifications:

Dec 2 Kopejtka & Goodman resign as directors

Dec 7 De Souza appointed director

Dec 16 New AGM date of Jan 16
Paul Harley & Desouza to be elected at AGM

Dec 21 Discussions with Ostana for future directions leads to appointment of three of their directors to MHM and Harley & Desouza withdraw.

So looking at these dates, it was effectively only Dec 21st (virtually Christmas) that these men inherited an AGM date set by other people, and a company with no defined future.

Their inability to re-schedule their activities over the holiday season is understandable and they have committed to a meeting this week and an announcement next week.
