I think so too and had thought that sellers might take advantage of those large buy orders at 0.025
to me it doesn't really matter this week or this month or this year
as long as Justin has everything ready to go upon licensing
off take prepayment, debt financing, epc, water partnership and so on
and as long as the omanis know its ready to go
