Resolutions 5,6&7 were appointments of the three new canadian based directors. Based on a rough calculation, my guess is GF and VanEck voted against for these three resolutions. These are three directors that have seemingly been appointed to protect Cardinal from a takeover. They will also be entitled to unlisted options leading to further dilution to GF... so another no from them.
