I read somewhere that someone asked patrick canion from intiger and he confirmed it was him, although the post might of come from the rumour mill itself you never know.
So no announcement regarding options, i did read somewhere that if they are heavily out of the money you don't need to send letters out but you'd think you still have to release an announcement though stating this?
