I don't think it went too badly for the Board although, with about 5.66 million shares present, the show of hands for the adoption of the report and appointments of the two directors indicates some push back of about 37% of the shares present!

I'd like to know if any further details were given on the Iluka deal and was there any confirmation of the 40% reduction on the MD's cash package?
I see a noticeable drop i the bid and offer prices on the ASX at the moment, along with a big drop in the volume on offer.
I guess that's an indication of the general temperature.
