He could not say that the CFDA would be out in 2 weeks or anything close , he needed to make sure he did not give out any info  that was not released already , so he had to be very vague IMO , the Nasdaq is what he was the interesting piece was that he was talking about early Q1 and I would say that the CDFA would of been done already by then IMO , interesting part is he is talking about acquisitions which was very interesting IMO  , also how big the market is , IMO I think its sooner than later
