Yes this can also be a buying opportunity. With the CE approval, did Dr Yacov explain why it needs CE approval?? Does this cover World Wide??
The CE mark is normally for EEA(European Economic Area) Obviously that is the certification required but I just thought it was strange.

Ref the CR, I hope if they do need to do a CR that they include the trusted loyal HC LTH's.

Lastly, Dr Yacov's newsletter will keep me with my eye's glued waiting for his update on the current situation of the company.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

If our only MOUs are in China, and CFDA is absolutely critical for sales/revenues, then there is cause for concern re CFDA delay.

Here however we have *U$100m MOUs for next 12 months* in place, outside China.
(How many ASX mid-cap companies, MCap $300m-$500m, can say that?
One, two, three?)

So if given only two options:

a)CFDA approval + China-Only-deals + Factory-Not-ready
or
b)CFDA-Approval-delay + Non-China-Deals + Factory-READY*

I believe I will take (b) any day.
So will most LTHs, imho.
