I have never known a company to say they werent talking to or in negotiations with other entities, its actual commercial agreements that change the bottom line for the better that matter, none here delivered so far, not even close, ever, dreams are nice, but in penny stocks they are costly
they have their extra 10% placement, I expect they string things along with another registry dilution for another 12 months
maybe this is the ECT of FP
