Lots of rumours on that one. ANW, in theory could. but there are private mines in the area too. Its within 40Km of the mine site which narrows the list. But if i was a betting man, i'd suggest its all just talk to suggest they actually have a plan when really its just busy work, which is very much like SRZ.
