I find it interesting that the stock market seems to have woken up to the benefits of a recurring income in the technology sector and is prepared to pay enormous PE multiples for anything that can use the letters SAAS in their reporting, whereas the APN generates nearly 100% of its income from highly predictable ( in fact boringly predictable) recurring management fees and has done for some years and the market is only just starting to wake up to the quality of that income.
