I think it’s outrageous the company has continually sprouted their appreciation for continuous disclosure and only now are we told work from CBA was drying up. Sure it was inferred from 4c’s but never disclosed. Not sure how class actions work or get started but surely this is exhibit ‘a’ your honour?
