I note that IAM replied to ASX query letter advising them that funding would be done during November, this has obviously not occured.....I wonder if the ASX will now send another letter to IAM for a please explain as to why the funding hasn't happen as yet and for actual "clarification" of the previous statement the Co made to the ASX....IMO, I would have thought that if the funding wasn't forthcoming in November as disclosed to the ASX then the Co should have notified the ASX of this issue immediately and the Co should then have also followed up by putting out immediately a general Co announcement of any failure to obtain funding in November or for whatever other reason for not complying to the ASX response and shareholders as part of their continous disclosure requirement .....
