I think the main issue here is that TK and BL were talking up FDA as a piece of cake and forgone conclusion type speech. Whereas Morgans put it in a factual working format, from what I can gather Morgans are still looking at a possible new year decision rather than even late this year, A new report out 9 th Dec so will be interesting to see the updated target price with the latest news we received.
