FIL became substantial share holder while buying on the market at 40c and they didn't average down when it dropped to 5c or 7c so they will at least want a 3-4 bagger with $1+ if there is any T/O which is still not bad even if investors buy now at 26.5c for less than a years of investing in a stock.
