AHF’s order of development is wrong, it should become a large a2 milk provider first, after the company becomes very famous and builds strong credibility then starts to produce own brand infant formula. A2M did so I remember. Even if they still want to do produce infant formula first, they should start with contract manufacturing not building their own plant . I doubt the previous management are all dairy farmers?

Still not too late for going back to the right way:
1 some Chinese already eyed on AHF,
2 Australian PM visit China soon
3 Yiqing group either been used or really seeking deal with AHF, it’s really a large China state owned company, asset value even biger than Mengniu, the cooperation between Yiqing and AHF already been announced to the market, in my book if no any results followed, I don’t think other Australian companies would like to trust Yiqing any more.
4 Yiqing Mengniu together with AHF , to work out a new development plan - to become a large a2 milk supplier, not difficult at all.
5 AHF should commence dairy cattle export business asap, even me can give them an order of 5000 cattle per year.
