How come we could get about 38% voting against the ‘snouts in trough’ of performance options for BOD, but only about 8% against the remuneration report.
If only the 38% voted against the remuneration report, we would have ‘first strike’ on their hides,
(for what its worth .... if anything like old Harvey Norman the hide would even be resistant to an armour piercing anti-tank round. )
