Maybe we all have no idea how this works???!? You can see the votes cleary a large percentage disagreed with some resolutions. the say was not enough to not pass the resolution. The board have complete power and nothing can be changed if you like it or not. But if you support and like everything the board are doing thats a big thumbs up then.
