Interesting numbers for the remuneration report.
Did anyone attend the meeting? I wonder why there was a difference between
"Instructions given to validly appointed proxies
(as at proxy close)
and
Manner in which votes were cast in person
or by proxy on a poll (where applicable)"
Stacking the numbers just so that the Chair/CEO/COO/CTO remuneration passes. Their cost is the majority of the wages bill I would assume.
Also I know it is pedantic but fix your address. It is an official document lodged and this is not the first time that it is WRONG. You have not been at that address for over 18months. How hard is it do this simple thing.
