AGM approves issue of shares for next 12 months up to 10%, ratifies previous issues, approval of things to do with Drs etc and then it is on to questions. I remember JP bringing in a core sample to an AGM I attended a while ago - so impressed with JP and his obvious honesty/integrity I went and bought more shares. You see, when you know the boss is working for you instead of himself (which often happens at this end of the market) you know you will get a good run.
