It is good to see the thought processes of kcal and Dpowell. It is good to take the time and stop to think about how the shareholders see executive remuneration and incentives. I've been to a few AGMs this year and I have to say 2020 has made a lot of people think that incentives need to be moderated. Fair or not, this seems to be a common mindset. IMO this may not change in a hurry. And, bonuses and significant incentive packages aren't going to be the flavour of the month without solid performance to back them up. Having said that I think MB has it within him to put some runs on the board. GLTA
