In simple terms, how much do we actually have to pay someone before a financial improvement is realised for those who own the company????
When there's money to burn flowing through the door, I couldn't care less how well rewarded someone is, however, when there's money being burnt and yet there is next to no money coming through the door, every penny counts... IMO, that is certainly not the right time to loosen purse strings!!!
Holders are fed up with the select few getting the benefits whilst having achieved no measurable capital appreciation.
