    The big shareholders who happened also to be on the board pushing this delisting, should not have been allowed to vote with this. Legally they may have been entitled to, but morally they should have abstained from the vote!

    Wasn't it just dandy that a lot of companies could hide behind covid in order to avoid heat from shareholders by holding these virtual agm's. It is a total frigging joke!!
