I'd advise everyone to lodge a complaint with ASIC. Contrary to popular belief, complaining does make a difference, and they do investigate these situations. I think that Jacoby et al, have really pushed the law to its limits in this instance, and there is every possibility that ASIC will take a different view about how the voting should have been conducted.
They have an online form that is really quick and easy to fill out.
Think about what you can do with the value of your Techniche shares, and ask yourself if that isn't worth a few minutes of your time filling out a form.
