Karl's run this as his private fiefdom for years charging the company rent and taking a salary so his ROI has been very high while it's failed to perform for shareholders as a technology investment company and a SaaS company. In reality he only owns 22% but acts like he owns 50%. Good luck to shareholders as a private company.
