Well that beats me - I didn't receive any meeting information from the company and I couldn't/can't find the meeting code on the docs supplied to the ASX.
I'm happy for a turnover of directors but it's a bit odd not to plan that process until after a resolution to re-elect a sitting director has been put on the agenda. Something's going on.
