if you read into everything with your own spin often there is a chance you can believe your own BS and believe the Bs of others
if the pending results are not great, be prepared to watch the panic merchants take this swiftly back to 1c

I bought a couple of million of these a couple of times, it doesn't mean smart money is coming, it could be just someone exposing themselves to a possible windfall
someone who understands and accepts the risk
