Is anyone concerned that Mr Nuich salary is $400K but with "other" payments, his salary increases to $972,762? That's more than double!!! That's a lot of money.....$972,762.

But Mr Nuich reportedly gets paid an extra $2,726,309 for incentive bonus. What are the "targets" he has to achieve to receive $2,726,309?? If Mr Nuich reaches the unknown targets, his total salary package will be $3,699,071.

WOW, $3,699,071 per ann but we don't know what his incentive targets are. Now consider Resolution 5 which only applies to management and executives only, not everyone at Mader like the "highly skilled" tradies doing 2/1 FIFO work or admin staff. How much will Mr Nuich and Mr Conway get if they leave? Mr Nuich is already getting $3,699,071 from Mader which would increase to ??????? How much?? $3,699,071 is not enough money??

Why isn't everyone at Mader, especially the "highly skilled" tradies which there is suppose to be a shortage of which the company depends on, being part of Resolution 5?? Think about it, No "highly skilled" tradies, no Mader.

Considering Mader is highly illiquid ASX listed company and with these numeration packages, this gives me more concern than ever before. If I try to dump 100k or 200k shares, what will it do to the sp? Oh wait, I can't sell my stake.
