exactly right mate, it is non-committal BS that they send out to well meaning people to try and not offend them by just being honest and saying - we are not going to do anything until it meets the entry criteria, which it does not presently do.
Very politically correct way of saying a lot about nothing.
The details of entry and when it is best to engage are understood by Dr Richard and co, I am sure of that.
