There was a time when positive news and company development gave management some well deserved recognition for their services to company shareholders, also gave the shareholders a return for their investment, which in the case of a fledgling company like PAA and most other small caps is paramount to not only their development, but also financial survival. But take a look around the ASX in recent years and you will find the actions of BOTS, shorts and deliberate down ramping has killed these genuine rewards off in many cases.
It's a very selfish and short minded action and extremely detrimental to any battling small cap, be it cashed up or not and this is why many Australian companies that should have had brilliant futures finish off owned in foreign lands.
