its easy when you control 80 % of the register its the whole benefit of being listed, they need to get a serious backer who has done the whole sector consolidation before YOU USE YOUR OVERLY INFLATED SHARE PRICE TO BUY COMPANIES AT 3 - 5 TIMES NPAT Currently we are the crappy share price they announce a buy back and the price is 5 c in a week without buying a single share I cant stress how easy the whole process is You use your cash to clean up the register and get the price to 6 c , the market will front run the buyback and they will end up buying no shares the market then becomes interested and a close over 6 c is 10 c in a month as Mr Market takes over then you raise the money you spent and MORE back at double or triple the price and consolidate the sector problem is the people running the company in the past and probably now have absolutly no idea what to do with a listed company
