I'm afraid there is no real reason for the price to go up from here. You have CR around the corner (at what price? 0.9c ? who would pay more, most likely free options attached for Gale's "708" mates who will flip it at earliest opportunity possible), it's a sinking ship, sinking fast.
Gale will try to suck out the last penny out of this train wreck until there is nothing left, then he will move on.
