It helps if you understand the history of LRS and Westminster/Solis.
In 2018 Chris Gale as managing director oversaw the sale of two LRS assets to Westminster Resources.
At the time LRS held Ilo Norte & Ilo Este (copper projects located in Peru), Latin Resources sold the projects to Westminster Resources in exchange for 19 million Westminster shares, US$250,000.
Chris Gale was appointed to the the board of Westminster Resources as a director (as per ASX release dated 8th February 2018) and since then LRS has maintained a position as majority shareholder in Westminster/Solis via share purchases.
LRS and OAR both have a long history in the area.
