Intersting results of the AGM. Whilst all resolutions carried, there was 13% against re-election of Peter Oconnor, 14% against remuneration of non-exec directors and a whopping 48.45% against issuing options to DC (that resolution carried by the skin of its teeth). You would have to assume some big institutional investors dont agree DC has met the terms of receiving his options?? I am in no way having a crack at DC performance, I think him and the team have done a great job to date, but just suggesting there may be some details that us retail investors are not aware of?
