Just did a bit of checking on the detail of resolution 9 re options issued to DC. I think the objections from the 48.45% of holders could be 2 fold:
1. The amount of remuneration/benefit to DC "that was a cost effective and efficent reward" was based on a share price of 16c
2. The terms for vesting/receiving these options will be based on reaching acheivements "as assessd by non-executive directors". This is very broad with lots of scope for subjectiveness, usually you would see specific numbers or milestones firmly stated.
