I share your view too now, due to my own experiences and research, that upon sharing with Tony Rowlinson he surprised everyone 2 days later with a resignation. Now I doubt that my research caused any action to depart the company, but it was uncanny timing nonetheless.

And over the last 12 to 18 months, not a single dollar has been spent on-market to buy the shares by anyone in Key Managment roles (ie those close to the day to day running of the business), especially those with the Finance backgrounds who you'd logically expect would do so, if FOD at these prices represented value !
