but in case there are - word of advice

unless you think a stock is doomed - selling into deeply sold is usually a very bad idea unless you are close to your weighted avg entry price

personally i did it several times in my earlier days and regretted it with only 1 exception that I can recsll

this is why those sayings exist about how market likes to take from the impatient and give to the patient

though admittedly this is a pretty harrowing stock
experience if you held March 2020 to now or worse july 2020 and more like taking from the patient to give to the opportunistic

Still technically in most stocks there are usually at least bounces every several months that let you get out without as much blood
