They wouldn't have bought knowing there was bad news coming, management and the board don't always know if a large contract will be terminated prior to it happening. That said, Paragon are quite well diversified and the huge wait times on elective surgeries and ageing demographics bide well for future demand! The commitment to a steady dividend which has been reiterated many times definitely points to a very attractive dividend yield! I'm watching closely...
