Copied and pasted from the GRV website - "The Alpha Torbanite project is located approximately 50km south of the Central Queensland town of Alpha."

What are peoples thoughts on this in regards to GRV's Alpha plans? Was anybody at the AGM and were carbon offsets / environmental impacts discussed etc?

My understanding is the Waratah mine was going to be an opencut mine on/near the bimblebox reserve, they later advised it would be underground. If I have that incorrect, the tenement neighbours the reserve very closely.

We're 50+km away with plans for rehabilitation backfill.

This is where my knowledge really lets me down, but I also think that our product will be assessed differently to the thermal coal from Waratah, for power generation & indisputable co2 emissions.
