IMU did it once that way, the shortfall went to " a trustworthy investor ", retail back then wasn't given any opportunity despite me having transferred money. I think it went to the Mann Family who actually turned out to be a trustworthy holder.
It is up to the board. We will know early December. But I wouldn't be surprised to get shares for less than 2.8c before and after. Some holders or Bell Potter might see the need to do it. Again, IMU is the example for how it should play out.
