Happy a few others voted against the performance incentives for those members of the board who are simply doing the jobs they are contracted to do.
Salary should apply to directors of explorers and developers, with performance options credit to in production resources, with exceptions being above market value offtake agreements or above market rate cornerstone investor agreements.
I love the resource, however this is a long term project and annual grants to BOD for free options is not something that is in the best long term benefit of the project, locals, salaried employees or shareholders.
