3 percent dividend may be ok for big holders to keep this stock down, getting say 100,000$ a year on there huge holdings, but for most of us its not great returns on 15,000$ invested. This is why sell walls are no good for the little man, who needs capital growth. Lets hope this is the last of the games and pray that 5 million sell wall does not come back in at 2.7 cents.
