Answer: The Board skipped this Q - none of the attendees pushed for the answer.

Would you push for the answer, if you were there?

I myself did not do so, for the followings reasons:

1. We are in a new territory, new dynamic market; reinforced by Ting;
2. Price is dictated by demand and supply, at the point of settlement; fact
3. We have engaged a prof negotiator, who understands the market to quantify and evaluate for us; fact
4. We will have the final say, in terms of sale price, by way of voting; fact
5. The culminating factors, explained by Ting, compeled attendees to waive this Q (fact and personal opinion)

NB: I will elaborate on these factors in a separate post: including the first time we heard about AI and 4DS

1. At 60nm - DM's view was $1B worth (around $1.00 mark per share), at 20nm - in my personal view it would be greater than $1 AUD, dont you agree? Fact and opinion

Total attendees: 30 people - plus 5 people from the management team

In my personal view, this Q was rightly ignored, because it is impossible to evaluate and identify the basis for such evaluation because there are so many unforseeable variables, at this stage.

Someone here asked: Did anyone ask the Board about the possible sale price and on what basis would they use to evaluate the estimate sale price?
