I do not have an e-record of the meeting, BUT if anyone does have one, before posting it, I do think it is prudent to seek permission from the Board first.
My suggestion would be to transcribe it rather posting the recorded meeting as is, once permission is granted. A transcript is not a legally binding document.
There are legal implications, if we are not careful.
