looking at this issue in more detail, perhaps already posted like the previous post:

LLL is saying cash distributions in Jan and July 2025
FFX is saying distribute LLL shares in March 2025.

so FFX can be expected to receive LLL Payment 1.
then FFX shareholders hopefully get the LLL shares from FFX.
then those shares will get LLL Payment 2.

seems like the 2 companies are now acting (more) separately.
a bit too late for that.
but again, detrimental, in that FFX the company is expected to get Payment 1, instead of shareholders.
