so FFX can be expected to receive LLL Payment 1.
then FFX shareholders hopefully get the LLL shares from FFX.

seems like the 2 companies are now acting (more) separately.
a bit too late for that.
but again, detrimental, in that FFX the company is expected to get Payment 1, instead of shareholders.

If FFX do not distribute the LLL shares prior to T1, then we who also hold LLL shares miss out on that $$$.

Holders have to force FFX to distribute prior to T1. If that means calling a EGM then so be it.

EGM does not require financials to be finalised. Holders can vote on the distribution of LLL shares & cash.

Arbitration does not restrict FFX from distributing the LLL shares.
