Holders have to force FFX to distribute prior to T1. If that means calling a EGM then so be it.

EGM does not require financials to be finalised. Holders can vote on the distribution of LLL shares & cash.

is it subject to vote? i expect few if any will vote no in order to delay the payment waiting on FFX to distribute LLL shares.
