Why is their website so out of date, last Announcement listed is March 2022, last financial statement is 1st 1/4 2022, for a Tech Company this is a very bad look I feel. Please correct me if I am looking at wrong website - https://www.cipherpoint.com/investors/ is the only website I can find.
